How to fix SignUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SignUp app on iPhone
Update SignUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SignUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SignUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SignUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SignUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SignUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SignUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » SignUp » click [Force Stop]

Update SignUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SignUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SignUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SignUp.

Fix SignUp unable to contact server/ SignUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SignUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SignUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SignUp
