None of the AI bots actually “do” anything. At least not anymore than what I can already do with ChatGPT. Soshie struggles with any kind of scheduling. Buddy can’t talk to the other helpers so he can’t actually organize and line out the other helpers. Integration with software is very limited. Better to do API’s than this. So far I am very disappointed for the cost of this software compared to what it actually can do. They definitely make a lot of claims that it actually can’t do. I’ve spent 4 days trying to get it to work and then it just tells me it can’t connect or directly work with any of the third party software it had me get and build. So much time wasted. Even the software it says it integrates with, it struggles with. For example: I had Soshie set me up several posts for a face book page and had her schedule them out over a week. She posted all of them at once as a single post. So I even tried to just have it schedule to my Google calendar reminders for me to manually post the posts instead. She only created one event in the calendar. (Instead of all of them for the week). Everyone posting 5 stars on this is high or paid to do so. I can do way more with GPT’s and third party software (that’s free beyond the GPT subscription.) than what this can do. Not worth the money. By a long shot.

I’ve spent a week building the brain and linking accounts for one of my businesses and finally started trying to implement some automations which all failed to execute. As other revivers have mentioned, integrations do not work well and Buddy does not actually manage other this app employees. I have been able to gather some analytics from the integrations however, the bots recommend I used something like HootSuite or Buffer to actually implement auto Automated posts and email marketing. This is more like an AI consultant than an AI employee not worth the subscription fee in my opinion.

I can just ask chat gpt and get similar answers when I ask them to do a task most of the time they tell me they cannot. They can generate images and written stuff for you but so can chat gpt, also having to figure out which “employee” is best for a question makes this unpractical the platform is set up so you interact with one at the time, I would like it to be more like a meeting at a table and see them work together. There must be a better way to interact with them. I like using my Ipad but it is not optimized and has many glitches and my phone is just not the best way for me to use this AI. Something is missing to make this work I used it for a little got a whole year and I cant say I bother opening Sintra that much unless I need some text or image. But again Chat GPT can do that on the free version. Every time I start a task that they are supposed to be able to do all they do is give me advice on how I should do it and its always like the most obvious stuff then I ask for them to do it and they cannot, wasted time.

Have been tinkering with this for 3 days and really love the usefulness of Seomi and Soshi so far. Soshi got my brand voice down incredibly fast.

Really annoying that the mobile app has made me tell it my name and answer all of the same questions I already answered 3 times now. I uninstalled and reinstalled it so that I could attempt a fresh login (there’s no homepage or anything that can be accessed while in this endless onboarding flow) but it still treats me like a brand new user once I sign in. I’d like to know how I can interact with these agents from mobile.

Sintra really truly has 99.9% of everything I could think of. The only thing it’s missing is an easier way to integrate to my Shopify store. If there was a direct way to connect from the this app app itself or either available as an add on from the Shopify App Store itself wold be great. If we could get something like that built I’d give Sintra 5 stars hands down! I’m confident it would dramatically increase your sales rates of this app AI.

Loving Sintra so far however I’m having an issue with the recent aspect ratio change to Instagram from 1:1 to 4:5. The employees continue to post square cropped content even after being informed that the artwork shared is 4:5.

Being that it’s starting my content creation off on this foot has been slightly embarrassing to have to delete and repost each post Soshie makes. Even after mentioning it repeatedly.

My this app bots are very impressive. I initially spent about 2 hrs. with Buddy for and felt like I was really meeting with a Business development manager. I’m still within my 14 day trial but will keep the full year I signed up for and beyond. My only complaint is that they don’t appear to be fully integrated yet so I find myself having to share info across bots. I just realized today that they get their data from the AI Brain so anything not explicitly saved to the AI Brain doesn’t get passed on to the next bot. I like Penn and Gigi but they kind of threw each other under the bus saying the other was responsible for writing my detailed content. Sophie seems to be the one that needs the most help because I only saw one of the multiple SM posts she was supposed to post. I’m hopeful that they’ll continue to evolve but overall I love Sintra. I plan to work with Dexter tomorrow for some market research and excited to see what he can do.

I’m loving it so far! I would title and better categorize conversations and answers to the questions you e asked by category. I did find a serious glitch in the design ai, I was unable to create my wedding invitation. The ai keeps changing the design even after we agreed upon a design, it scrambles the text and adds gibberish nonsense letters and partial phrases, it keeps changing the date of the wedding. We tried so many times to get right but I just designed it myself in Canva. Really excited about the possibilities and the time it will save! I would be more likely to refer it to my professional network if it didn’t look like a kids game but great concept overall!

I have found Sintra so very helpful. The helpers have great suggestions and help me plan out my next steps. As a creative artist/business owner, this has been helpful. It has provided me with a nonjudgmental sounding board for evaluating the feasibility of some of my ideas and the following steps to implement them.
My adjusting feedback is that the UI is gorgeous but confusing to organize and refer to. Each chat has a title, but when you save them to refer to later in Google Drive, the file name is generic, with a date and time from this app. This is not helpful, which brings me to another issue. The daily updates and affirmations are not coordinated with my time zone, so I get them the next day. It isn't very clear.
My last adjustment feedback, accessibility issues, allows for a voice/speaking function. For the chats to be able to break down the long bits of text with a voiceover would help. I have adhd and sometimes my biggest barrier is the reading all of the ideas in the chats. I can get through them much faster when i am reading along with the voice over.

Update: I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sintra! I'm a small business owner and work FT, Sintra is helping me sooo much! You're so involve in content creation and they ask questions to help understand you're vision but Sintra has help me produce more content in less time! It's a lil expensive to pay for all at once but they offer 7days and monthly plan! I'm invested now😩🙌🏾

I am blown away by the vast information and support from Sintra. It provides real information, value and support that would probably costs thousands in comparison to a human hire…

I’ve been enjoying using these ai tools. One thing that I find a major inconvenience is the ability to upload images for reference. I do a lot of work with whales and the Ai image of whales is garbage so I’m trying to train it to be more accurate and I can’t upload my photos for reference because something in the programming is blocking the access and I can’t figure out what.

I am not computer or tech savvy, and Sintra has completely changed my outlook on my business. The tools are so powerful. Sometimes I struggle just knowing where to start in the areas I’m less familiar with, and all of these different “employees” are so helpful for getting my thinking going and helping me understand what action steps to take next. Also, super clear and detailed analysis of all of the data points that I put in. Very excited for the way this resource is helping me and my business. The fact that each of the bots are personified as characters is really helpful to make the technology feel more accessible. Excited to continue using this product and see how it grows.

this app got me in love since the first day of usage, that’s why after buying just a “minion” I bought this app X, to have them all! It’s just the perfect business companion and knows everything it needs to know to help me and my business out! It’s just the way a business needs to be run. Fast, easy, super intelligent and up to date to all my needs.

After trying a few of these agent based AI platforms to help run my new fractional CMO business, On-Call CMO, I settled on this app after finding it to be the most valuable in terms of progressively learning about your business and providing actionable insights and suggestions.

I've now been using this app for a little over six weeks and it's been a true accelerator. It's helped with generating all of the paperwork, helping with total addressable market analysis, help with identifying companies to prospect, and helped with my own marketing cadence and topical ideas.

I will caveat that I have a lot of experience with artificial intelligence and see did the AI's brain with a significant amount of knowledge specific to marketing and the industries that I focus on. That made a world of difference in terms of how specific it was and how quickly it was productive.

The weakness of this platform is that it doesn't do all that much in terms of automations, it needs far better integration with Microsoft products, and if they don't release an API layer within the next 4 months I'll have outgrown it and will have to move on. So that's definitely something to keep an eye on. In six months, if any AI platform like this does not have a robust API, they simply won't survive.
