I have never used your product & do not know how you came to charge me $19.99 on the 2/3 & 2/10 2026. Do not charge me again! You have fraudulently taken the money from my account. RIDICULOUS! I just noticed that I have been charged $19.99 weekly for something I never used! This is highway robbery. And it is impossible to get customer service. I don't have an account with them and I do not want to start one either. By the way They have been charging my credit card since May 27, 2025 and it is January 2026! Dear Lord! This company just charged me five separate times for 19.99. When I asked for the refund, they only gave me the 19.99. So they can take 100.00 out of my VENMO account which clearly I did NOT authorize but can only refund the 19.99. I have tried to contact customer support but since I do not have an account there is NO way to reach them without signing up. What a rip off and I would like my money back IMMEDIATELY.

This app has potential, and if you are willing to subscribe it could be good! However they make you create an account to use the app. Which ok fine whatever. But they only let you generate maybe 6 images and then you have to subscribe,even though you created an account. It doesn’t reset either. I was waiting for days, and it still wouldn’t let me use the filters without subscribing. It would be a great feature if it reset after a day, or if you could watch ads for more.
