This is honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used. When you try to buy a ticket RoxTickets glitches and their customer service is some guy that responds every few days if that. I’ve had RoxTickets for almost 3 months now in attempt to find a ticket for a specific event, and no luck at all. Would suggest using another platform to buy if you’re looking for a Hyrox ticket!
I purchased the wish list because I wanted to set up spectator ticket alerts not realizing in the T&C they don’t sell those. I politely requested a refund. The customer service agent was super rude and unprofessional. They told me that I should learn to read to T&C. Mistakes happen but no need for someone like that to be in customer service.
When you purchase tickets then can decided to take them back, refund you and they resell for more. They are never really your tickets until the race is complete. Be careful! Hyrox NYC is in high demand, so high that after I purchased a ticket for myself, I get refunded and told it’s going to be listed for more money. Bogus!
Just as the title says. This is not a working app.
I needed to sell my DC open ticket and the team made the entire process so seamless! The bonus was that my ticket sold in less than a day. This is the only way to safely buy/sell your HYROX tickets.
I have used RoxTickets multiple times for last minute tickets. It was super easy to use abs everything worked great.

Great experience with RoxTickets . I downloaded it a day ago and 24 hours my Doubles tickets were sold. Huge relief because it was last minute - race is in 8 days! its not the amazon app but gets the job done for a niche market.
Im very bullish on the trajectory of Hyrox as an event, a community, and an ecosystem.
To whoever built this - special kudos to you building this as a fun project to support the Hyrox community. Forget the 1 star haters and keep building! It’s only Day 1 for the Hyrox ecosystem.
Was able to sell my ticket within a day of listing it. The help chat was very helpful. When my stripe connect wasn’t working they were able to send it to my paypal instead. Using RoxTickets seems a lot safer and easier than alternatives to selling/buying hyrox tickets!
