ASICSㅤ constantly tells me I don’t have prior order history when I have several. It runs slow, spinning forever. I received a package yesterday that arrived opened with damaged products. The only option was a return. The company did not care about the packaging or stuff being damaged at all… Shipping white shoes in a BAG 3x its size leaves a lot of room for destruction. Hire better outbound employees??!? Package shoes appropriately?!? Apologize to a very loyal customer for an inconvenience?!? I like the products but the way you treat your customers has a lot of room for improvement.

I was looking forward to an app from ASICS but unfortunately it’s got a major bug. The sort/filter option in ASICSㅤ doesn’t work. If you attempt to sort or filter by selecting a gender, size, etc. you’ll receive no results, despite there being products available.

I has a lot of errors. Does worse job than the web page.

I accidentally put my age to 2011 and it restricted me from using any emails, therefore making me unable to sign up for an account

My first three experiences with ASICSㅤ : odd and long search process; had to filter by gender even though I was required to enter it when creating my account; and the actual filter didn’t work (the screen remains blank). Ain’t Nike. UPDATE: Now getting an error when browsing shoes -> running shoes. Officially giving up and using Amazon.

Finally got a long awaited
App. ASICS is a must. Great user friendly app. One recommendation when pressing the back button, app should return to where the user left off as opposed to the beginning. Second, ASICSㅤ often freezes when scrolling. I’m sure can be fixed with an update. Job well done asics.

I love ASICS and all the exclusive stuff I get with ASICSㅤ . Their loyalty program is surprisingly solid.
