How to fix Widgets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Widgets app on iPhone
Update Widgets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Widgets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Widgets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Widgets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Widgets Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Widgets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Widgets App
1. On android, goto Settings » Widgets » click [Force Stop]

Update Widgets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Widgets App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Widgets » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Widgets.

Fix Widgets unable to contact server/ Widgets internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Widgets » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Widgets » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
