Belk screen is black. No other screens are black!

The Belk app is not working or allowing me to shop on line. What’s going on with the App?

The App deletes my added current day coupons when I enter my Christmas Gift Cards at checkout to pay.

Every time I try to add something to my cart, it says hooked execution error.

I cannot order on my iPad through Belk app or on Belk website. It goes through until I try to complete payment, then I get an error message. It says payment cannot be processed. I keep App purchases turned off but turn it on to order but it won’t let me order. I tried to order boots last night but couldn’t so I ordered from DSW. This is very frustrating!

App keeps closing.

I cannot shop on line.I can pay my bills on line but not to shop.why?

Makes me want to get a different card. This App doesn't work. Can't even open it. Because of this, I can't keep up with my reward points. Considering a change, if this continues to happen.

I had to do an upgrade to the belk app and when i did I cannot purchase anything it don’t matter what i try to buy it is telling it don’t have it. I went outside the app and went through google and it worked. I tried to delete the app several times and reinstall it and it still does not work.

I have been trying to order from Belk. com since 1:30 pm have been on hold ALL Day for hours upon time! Order will not go through it keeps spinning back to shipping . I get messages in my email that I have left items in my cart and sale is for limited time. I have used sale coupons and Belk rewards and have already lost items in my cart now due to being sold out!!

Good evening, my Belk app says I have a message in my inbox. It tells me to update. I click on it nothing happens. It’s annoying and now I have deleted the app like 8 times. Still doesn’t get rid of message. What is going on with the app.

The app and the website both will not load pictures of products. This has been ongoing for the entire month. I thought it was an apple issue as both phone and iPad have the issue but it also won’t load on two different computers, neither is apple. The pictures show up as question marks. I ordered regularly, frequently two or three times a month. I have been doing business elsewhere. I don’t have time to come to the store every time I need to get something.

Got a new iPad and transferred all apps from old to new one Had a problem with user/password and I think I did it to many times and was locked out What do I need to do to correct my problems

I keep getting the message from belk app that it can't connect to the server

My local store availability is not working. For every item I select, the message is the same—we’re sorry . . . Florence, SC 29501. Instead it gives me options further away. Can you help?

Belk scanner not working. All it shows is a blank screen.

As I want to remove items from my basket, it keeps giving me an error 400. It won't remove any of the items.

When I go to place order it just goes round to round. It will not process my order. I am using Belk charge card

App will open,but when I click an item it won't direct me to it.

I can open the Belk app anywhere and order, pull up coupons, pay on bill, any function I need to use however........ I cannot pull up the app while inside the Belk Store!!!This happens in EVERY Belk I go into, in any state. Why? I've given permission in my iPhone 12 Pro to any and all access to Belk but it still won't work. Any ideas?

When I open app to scan items screen is black, have no issues on other apps using same features. All permissions are checked
