Went into store way to work pick up 4 day of Christmas…. Clerk says… we don’t carry that… was on my phone… you know… photo.. a visual AID… are you building it up…. Or tearing it DOWN !!!!???
This is the second time I have gotten gas at my local weigels 1064 and the price being charged is not the discount price I should get as a weigels card customer. I went in to complain but the ladies said they couldn’t do anything about it. I took pictures of the outdoor board showing $2.60/gallon but my receipt says $2.62/gallon. I also took pictures of the pump price and the pump number and store. What is happening? Do I need to go elsewhere to get what I should be getting? Please advise
Weigels rewards are a scam

My card is registered, always has been. Suddenly I don’t get the deals anymore. Even after showing the clerk the deal in the app and scanning my card, it didn’t reduce the price nor would the clerk alter the price to abide by the deal.

I would love to pay at the pump with the app but figuring out how to add a payment card to do so seems impossible. Rewards and Mobile Pay don’t seem to actually be related either.

Always get error 210 at every location when trying to activate pump and the attendants are clueless. Had one today who didn't even know the app existed. I am missing out on the club price. Very unhappy. Big step backwards, weigels...
