I ordered $691.36 cents worth of clothes and clutches. i opened the box, i noticed right away that some of my items were missing. i contacted the seller and they stated i should send them what i received. they investigated and came back and tell me that they sent all the items. i told them i didn't get all my items, im missing $281 dollars of my items. they told me that because i didn't paid for package protection, i will not get my items or my money back. so, what should i do? i don't know who to call, there is no number to management!

Purchased earrings at Akira at Woodfield on Saturday, 9/13, but when I got home they were not in my bag. Have been trying to contact by phone but it is impossible. Would like refund for earrings $19.90.
