I purchased two apps from them thinking they are a company that would keep up with the apps but noticed my nursing dx app will no longer function with newer ios updates. Long story short they say it is apple that will be making NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis useless, but they removed it. Will not be purchasing an app from them anymore or any app developer unless they have a proven track record of keeping the apps running smooth with newer operating systems. Really upset that I spent close to 70 and wont be able to use it if I update to ios 11.
Product does not open and is not functional . Horrible horrible app. Make it right publisher, it's not nice to mess with nurses !

NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis is too expensive and the fact that it is a subscription app makes it a total rip-off to nursing students struggling to make ends meet while in school. I do not recommend at all.
I own the previous version of NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis which was revised to provide better graphics (same content). Unbound is saying I have to repurchase NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis if I want to benefit from the newer version or upgrade my nursing central app. Really?? Very disappointed with unbound medicine. I do not ecommend this purchase.
The free version was not sufficient enough for me to determine that NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis was worth buying
It cost $40 to get all of the content of NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis, which is about the same as an actual care plan book. Just wish it had the rationales listed. Not a bad purchase, but is should be a bit cheaper given it doesn't include as much information as a book would.
This is exactly what I was looking for. I always forget my manual nursing guide at home. I decided to get a digital version and this gave me what I wanted.

I'm in my 3rd semester in an ADN program and I really wish I bought NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis sooner. The book is helpful but NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis is even more convenient since you can just carry your phone with you in clinical and don't have to worry about losing your book or having to carry it around.
I gave NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis 4 stars because I wish there was some sort of categories for physical, psychosocial, and educational nursing diagnoses.
But other than that it's wonderful and I would strongly suggest purchasing NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis! Hopefully the developers make those categories (:
Great at helping me write care plans for school and also helping me understand some of the underlying patho behind certain diseases.
This is one of those apps that is more of an investment rather than simply a purchase. The information is detailed and thorough and more than I anticipated. It's not cheap, relative to the usual cost of a typical app, but what you get is invaluable to the nursing student, like myself, and to the practicing professional. I anticipate using NursesPocketGuideDiagnosis well after graduation in a couple of months.
Nurses pocket guide and nursing central are wonderful apps! They help me as a nurse educator to look up nursing diagnosis and diseases with my students! I recommend to all nursing professionals and soon to be nursing students!
