I have been trying to contact Just Fab since 1st December 2025 to "skip the month", to cancel my membership and to get a refund. They continually ignore my messages, have no telephone contact number which works and lie about how long it will take for me to receive my refund. It is now more than six weeks since they offered the refund and I am still waiting. My advice do not get involved with this company.

Con artists. The 'Skip The Month' button has disappeared, and there is no live person to chat to nor any phone number. They're a disgrace. I have emailed saying that they if they take any money from me this month, I will expect it refunded immediately. I'm furious. Have spent two hours trying to Skip and cancel my account.

I have never knowingly bought anything from the JUSTFAB place, and as I have been seeing that if you bought something from them through Amazon or Walmart, etc, I don't know what happens that they get your card info I have now been charged a $49.95 fee in bank account and and JUSTFAB is saying I have no avccount and to pay $29.95 to cancel a membership fee I have never opened and they wont answer any phone calls and have looked for many numbers

I never signed up for a membership nor agree for payments to be taken from my checking account. Refund $49.95 Promptly, also do the owner now that this unprofessionalism is going on within her company. This same amount has been requiring for the past year & is on going. I disputed these transactions last year & was told that it would not happen again. But money is still being withdrawn. Again, Refund $49.95 back to my Checking Account Bertha Mason

Tried to log into my JustFab account on 10-1-25 and was unable to access my account. When I try to log i n I get a messege saying that account doesn't exist. ( I have had this account for many years). I attempted the live chat. The live chat tells me " someone will be with you shortly". That was 6 days ago and still no response. I attempted multiple phone calls to their customer service ( aprox. 6-7 times a day since 10-1-25), and every single time I call I get a messege saying " all of our lines are busy, please try again later". I then attempted to reply to one of the many email notifications Just Fab has been sending only to get a single reply saying they don't handle customer service via emails. I went back to the chat and typed that I want to cancel my membership since I can no longer access the account. NO reply. I then stated via the chat that I did NOT want them deducting any money from my bank account until this matter was addressed and corrected. Still no reply from the live chat. Still cannot access my account and Just Fab took $49.95 out of my bank account to day. I have been trying to call them since 11 am this morning to absolutely no avail. I want my membership canceled and the $49.95 they took out of my account for this month. My next steps are to report them to my bank's fraud department, the BBB and the Attorney General.

I tried logging in to my account multiple times since the 10-1-25. It tells me that qaccount doesn't exist. I made attempts several times a day( at keast 6-7 attempts per day) since the 10-1-25 and all it tells me is that all the lines are busy, try again later. I attempted to make contact via the online live chat, the chat said " someone will be with you shortly-that was 6 days ago. I attempted several more times via the chat, again to no avail. Despite I got no response from the live chat, I typed that I wanted to cancel my membership and that they no longer had permission to deduct money from my bank account and they did so anyway. I have made multiple attempts today to call justfab, again the same thing " all lines are busy, please try again later". I want my membership canceled and the $49.95 refunded immediately. My next step is to contact the fraud department of my bank, the BBB and the attorney general.

I have been unable to access JustFab’s website for a few months. I spoke with a customer service representative who told me that perhaps clearing the cache would help. I did that and it didn’t help. I am still being charged monthly but can’t access the website. I called customer service again today without success. Please let me know what can be done about this.

I downloaded the app via the link on their website because it said I’d get a $15 credit which is a pretty neat incentive. I’ve always loved justfab shoes and have never had any problems before on their site so why would an app have any issues. Well I was wrong. When I downloaded the app and signed in I went and added 2 pairs of shoes to my cart. I had one pair that was covered by my monthly member credit but the second one didn’t have the $15 app credit. It was on sale so I took it out of my cart to add a pair of full price shoes to see if that made a difference. When I took the sale shoes out my whole cart was cleared! The other pair in the cart was gone too. So I went back and found the same pair, added it to my cart and now it shows 2 of the same shoes! Fortunately I saw the $15 credit on the second duplicate shoe so I thought ok I’ll just take this out and add in a different full price shoe I want and keep that “ghost” shoe in the cart. So I did, and it showed the original shoe I wanted and the new loafer but no $15 credit. Just a full priced shoe and the shoe with my member credit applied.

Every time I try to change the shoes my cart would appear empty when it in fact wasn’t and there was a pair still in it (my ghost pair). This needs to be fixed and I’m disappointed I won’t be getting the second pair. Hope they fix this issue soon. Would be so handy having an app.

Won’t let you order and customer service won’t help

I have ordered products twice this month. And both times the orders where canceled with no explanation or reason. Tried calling customer service and was hung up on the first time. The second time was less than helpful as they said my order was canceled because of my shipping address. They said they would fix it but I am still unable to order anything and I was given no time frame for when I will be able to. Meantime. Most of the items I wanted to order are now out of stock. As someone with a size 11 foot this is incredibly upsetting as it is incredibly difficult to find shoes. So my orders where canceled twice, I don’t know when I will be able to order, and when I do I most likely won’t be able to order any of the original products I wanted.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Got charged $40 a month for four months and NEVER received a single pair of shoes! When I went to cancel, they only refunded me for three pairs, then I found out that they retracted another statement when I looked in my paypal account. So, I only got refunded for two of my transactions AND they kept billing me for two months after I cancelled! Not to mention that went I went to cancel online, it never worked. The chat option didn’t have a send button so there was no way to send in your complaint or request for refund! I hope this shady business sinks. Please don’t give them any of your business, they will only rip you off!
