How to fix Reviva app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Reviva app on iPhone
Update Reviva app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Reviva iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Reviva on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Reviva network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Reviva Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Reviva not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Reviva App
1. On android, goto Settings » Reviva » click [Force Stop]

Update Reviva to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Reviva App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Reviva » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Reviva.

Fix Reviva unable to contact server/ Reviva internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Reviva » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Reviva » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
