I downloaded the photoca app to try it out. It was $9.99 for the first month and then $24.99 per month thereafter. Somehow I got charged for a pixly account as well as a photica app. I have cancelled my photica account and I want the money returned that I was charged by pixly.ai. I certainly did not purposely purchase the old pixly.ai membership. I don't know what happened there, but I want my money back. That is $31.79 charged to my bank account through google, I believe, on 10/20/25. Please cancel this account, as well. Thank you.

I cancelled Pixly. It did not work as well as I need it to. Cancel and credit my credit card. Do not charge me again.
There is no information about the app in the app. I had to google Pixly to find contact information. More importantly, there doesn't seem to be a way to EFFECTIVELY cancel the subscription, stop the auto payments so the app can be deleted from my phone. This is a problem. The failure to be transparent when my money is concerned is a problem!

If your gonna make the app free then make the stuff to do free with additional payment features the main point of this app cost money, don’t trick me into downloading a free app just to pay for the stuff in the app to be able to even use it

Guarantee no matter what photo you upload it will simply tell you “failure to create photos” and blame our photos for not meeting the requirement, then proceed to deduct your credits. Dont waste your money.
