I like the daily supportive quote I get. Otherwise Mindful itself is confusing and does not seem to off any of what I am looking for, such as how to be this app. I have paid for a year subscription mainly because I really enjoy this app magazine and the email updates I get related to the magazine. Mindful wants more money to look at content for anything that looks like it would be helpful. My understanding was that when subscribing to the magazine you also had full access to Mindful . Plus, I can’t find the online version of the magazine on Mindful . Overall, way to complicated and useless if you are trying to learn the basics of mindless. Just order the magazine. Also, in trying to submit my review I had to keep attempting Nick names. Please stop making this so hard, really!

Seemed like a nice app, so I downloaded. HATE Mindful. Robbery is what comes to mind! There are no “user settings” on Mindful as suggested in order to stop the subscription. I had deleted Mindful as I found it very annoying and too worthless to be taking up iPad space. Since I had not found the “user account setting” I thought maybe it was a glitch. They went ahead and charged me for the subscription anyway. Well, the name of the company is, Impressive Sounding LLC, and that is ALL they are. As far as my experience, I find them to be thieves. Sneaky way to get someone to pay for a subscription they DID NOT order!
Update: Thank you for the words, Justin. If your whole goal is to make me happier as you stated, please refund my money as I did not want a subscription. Thank you

You all need to make sure that you are able to add as many brand-spankin’ new features into this type of app. In this way, no matter what types of users of it in general ever listen to it in general, that then they will always be able to learn as much as they could just through this type of app itself in particular. In this way, this type of app will never ever have to limit itself to all the types of features that it could ever have to present to any sorts of viewers in general, but also that it would always be able to be translated into as many different worldwide foreign languages as possible. In this way, no matter who it is that ever listens to it, that then, they will always be able to use it in whatever ways that they all would ever want to regardless of what parts of the planet that they all live in, regardless of whatever types of computers, portable devices or whatever it may be that they all ever choose to use at any points in their own futures.

Unfortunately, I’ll be removing Mindful from my phone. I guess the changes are considered improvements but just didn’t do it for me. The smiley was important for me and it came back for a while but then is gone today. And the two prompts for me to share or love was just made me feel as though I had a task to complete every time. Maybe I’ve some sort of OCD, but I find myself racing to click out of Mindful before they come on. Stressed me out so giving Mindful up. Not everything needs to be rated and shared immediately.

I much prefer the daily message I would receive as opposed to know going into different sections for inspirational words. This was my absolutely favorite app that I can do to for a quick message that spoke volumes to me nearly every time. Now I see sections that I need to go into instead of just opening my app and being instantly inspired or engaged. Don’t like this.
UPDATE: seems many have felt the same way about the update as I received a message from the developer that they will be reverting back to the old platform. Thank you for being so ‘this app’ ;) of your customer reviews and wishes!!! Great developer!!!!

I have Mindful’s notification set to 2:00 everyday. It’s the time I feel the most weary, with that after lunch groggy, sleepy feeling; and I think it’s the perfect time for a this app reminder.
It’s funny, I always seem to forget about the reminder until it happens. It’s always a pleasant surprise. Some of the affirmations are cheesy, but you can never go wrong with having a deep breath and a smile.

I use this every morning! The meditations, the readings all are so incredible and are bringing me the inner peace I so desperately need.
The fact that I am unemployed and could get access to everything Mindful offers through a scholarship, well no one does that!!!! I am so grateful as this is helping me change and grow!

Thai app is amazing! I use it every night after I take a shower. I used to feel more self conscious than I used to, but now I feel more self confidence and higher self esteem! Mindful has literally changed my life and the way I reflect on myself. It helped me accept who I am and forgive my self. I DEFINITELY recommend Mindful! Thank you so much for changing my life😄😄

Thank you developers for creating an app that is easy to use, authentic, and actually brings forth feelings of positivity and calmness. It is exactly what I was seeking. I strayed away from other apps that force you to pay monthly and appreciate that although contributions are welcome, there is also the opportunity to utilize Mindful by requesting a scholarship. Kudos, I will use this forever!

Adding this to my daily devotional and biblical reading has truly helped me to appreciate life and the small things that I often miss, such as a smile. I smile at others but I don’t smile at myself. So I asked the question, why does Mindful say smile? I guess it may mean to smile at yourself and love you more. So that’s what I’m doing and it’s phenomenal.

I have been struggling with anxiety for most of my life and have finally decided to do something about it. Mindful has helped me take a breathe every day and remind myself to let all of that go. I really enjoy Mindful because all it does is send peaceful reminders every day and doesn’t cost anything like other apps out there. Considering it’s free and is really simple I think it deserves these 5 stars!

Above the fact that you can have notifications pop up when you choose, Mindful has very soothing music to match the vibe. But the most important part, it send reminders to you on the set time(s) you choose and it’s all positive. It really helps me get through the days.

I suggest Mindful to many people who have also found it refreshing and helpful. Could you just have the 7 second meditation as one app and then create separate apps for other meditations that people might like who might be willing to pay for them. I think your developers are very creative and we need to have access to good inspirational quote apps. Thank you for all of your hard work.

I very much appreciate Mindful and the affirmations and most of the readings. However, lately there has been too much Khalil Gabran. And to me it his writings seem like they are from a man who thinks he is wise, and sometimes I get him. But most of the time I find I disagree wholeheartedly with what he is saying. Or just feel line he makes very little sense as he attempts to sound wise. Anyway, I like Mindful despite the current overuse of Gabran.

I came across Mindful by accident and I am so excited that I did. It is the only app to calm you when you first open it and reminds you to breathe. Then has a quote that is inspiring. The very last thing I have never seen before is the reminder to smile. This is something that I never do anymore. My life has been a horrific one and this mesmerizes me. It takes me from those awful memories and puts me in the thought. It does make me smile. Even my Psychologist loves it.

I have been using and benefiting from Mindful for years. After some time of taking screenshots of my favorite msgs for future reference, I contacted Support asking for a more convenient way of saving them. Well, 👍🏻👍🏻! I know this is old news to most users, but today when I glanced at my “Favorites” section I was astounded at the dozens of msgs I have favorited. I need a boost and “reminders” these days, so I am really grateful for the emotional support Mindful provides. Thanks, those of you behind the scenes!

I set the notification to show up in mid-afternoon, when I start to slump. I’m really glad they added the smiley face back because I always take the deep breath and end up smiling as well as having a thought to reflect on for the rest of the day. I got a paid subscription after a few years and love the short Sunday readings. They set the tone for my day. I’ve shared Mindful with many friends. It’s short, simple, yet complex and thought provoking. Highly recommend!

Mindful is both beautiful in design and functional. The music choice is very soothing, the quotes promote mindfulness, and the stories are lovely as well. They don’t try to do too much within Mindful , keeping you grounded, focused, and this app.

They are conscientious and up front about how much you are paying for a subscription or not, and really care about letting you pay what feels financially right for you. The this app app’s beauty is in its simplicity and integrity.

They also have a kind and graceful team that is very accommodating in their customer service, listens to their downloaders, and genuinely tries to make up for inconveniences or complaints if there are any.

It really helped me feel more relaxed and calm. When you’ve had a tough day, it helps to have these nice reminders that you’re doing great. I have some anxiety and insecurities, and Mindful made me feel like it was ok . And it reminded me that I am loved and am amazing no matter what comes in my way. I am a teenager and I think that this is way better that the ‘ Reflectly’ app that I tried. It made me feel pressured to explain things. But Mindful didn’t ask what happened or where. It just lifted my spirits when I was feeling down . I would definitely recommend it.

I never ever leave reviews on apps, but this one is special. I just downloaded this for fun. But once it started the first deep breath I took, it said “It’ll be okay.” At that moment I had not realized how much emotion I had been pushing down, and how much stress I had. All of my feelings suddenly came out. I sat in my room and cried. I kept reading and they weren’t tears of sadness. They were tears of relief . Relief of knowing someone cares and that I will be ok. Thank you Mindfulness.

This is amazing… My being this app reminder comes at the perfect time! it helps me to realize that I am worthy of being OK! Also, that it is OK to take a mental break and a breather as needed. I realize this helps me to be even more productive because I can have a clearer perspective on what’s going on with me and my surroundings at that moment. ❤️🙏

It really helps me to calm down and not to worry about my problems so much and take a breather once in awhile. I love the feature where you set the time you want it to check up on you because that really helps me get through my day. Great app and I definitely recommend! :)

Around 2:00pm everyday I'll hear a ping from my phone. Usually by that time my mind is filled with a "to do" list a mile long or I'm fighting the sleepy feeling I get after lunch.
The thoughtfulness in these "meditations" gently guided me back to my "self".
It helps me to refocus my thoughts and just take a few seconds to decompress.

Mindful helps create space to practice gratitude, being present, and cultivating love for myself and others. I have set the timer up for middle of the afternoon the time of the day when I am usually in need of some inspiration/focus. I greatly appreciate Mindful and those who created it. Thank you.

I think Mindful is amazing because I have anxiety problems and when I read this in the morning it just helps me get through the day and I have to go to school and I just remind myself on the quote that it said this morning and I feel good throughout the day so I give Mindful five stars and I think it’s a great app😍😍🥰🥰🤩😇

By the time I get home from school I’m usually always stressed and i feel terrible but then I get a little notification saying something nice to me and makes me feel so much better. Then whenever I need it I look at Mindful and go through app the positive things and just makes me feel better about myself.

Yes Mindful is very simple but wow, I think it’s actually making me happier in life? Like the reminders throughout the day are wonderful and relax me, I actually get excited for each new one lol, the pictures are great too, and I don’t know where they get each quote/saying from but they’re really awesome and perfect I think. I’m really happy and thankful an app like this exists, I love it :)

Mindful is so calming and just loves to pop up with inspirational messages whenever I need it I have seen a lot of mindfulness apps but this is the best one by far the amount of work that has obviously been put into it it really shows through I love all of the new updates that keep coming out even if you aren’t into mindfulness stuff you should try it and you will love it I guarantee it’s just the best

i’m a 14 year old girl with anxiety. lots of things have happened these past couple years and i just want to say thank you to the brilliant minds behind Mindful. it’s more than an app, it’s a very helpful source to go to after i’ve had an episode, panic attack, or just anything in general where i feel off. it may not seem like a lot reading thoughts every day, but after a while it starts to really help and begins to redevelop your mind for the better. sometimes i read a ton a day, sometimes only a couple, sometimes one. regardless of how many i read, i feel like the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. i’ve always described myself as a girl who’s had her head stuck in the clouds, but thank you for helping with the process of changing that. i’m
so grateful for Mindful.
