Some fraud person did a transaction in his District account with my Lazypay as payment. I immediately raised it with both Lazypay & District. Both are saying talk to the other app for refund! I asked District App team to check their backend to see which user did the transaction as Lazypay can only see the District_DINING in the transaction nothing else, but the customer care team in District app are so USELESS & STUPID they are not able to understand what Iβm trying to say. I sent so many emails to them explaining the same but no use. Itβs an amount of 5000 rs which I had to pay because it started effecting my credit score! All these Apps are useless & they dont even know the meaning of CUSTOMER CARE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
I was booking for an event "Ben Bohmer" for Firday 14th November, I paid the amount for two tickets (6454 Rupees) and the booking did not happen. I got the message "Oops Time's Out!" we have released the selected tickets. I did not get any booking and was asked to buy again.
Hopeless restaurant

Very disappointing and unfortunate experience at Daily rituals dining restaurant we had to wait for 1 hour at valet parking for our car and it was run 18 kms extra for valet parking I request people not to visit this restaurant
