Maybe I’m just poor but I’m pretty sure customers of the Gucci do not have access to customer service via the phone. I’ve had an issue with an order not reflecting items I selected to return and I can not reach a human being who knows what they’re doing. Actually, I can’t reach a human at all. I also returned another item several days ago via FedEx and the tracking information is not available. Another great idea for a company that will not be around in the next 10 years.

First timer. Ordered 6 items in 1 order. But they come in 3 different packages on different dates. Even identical products come from different warehouses. Not to mention that they missed one package and sent a picture that is clearly not their package to make a point that it’s delivered. I wonder who their shipping PM is and whether their business model is based off fraud deals. Bye.

Kept having to go to the website to read descriptions and fabric content specs. Doubly frustrating because I had to do it in incognito since it would force the app to open from search results.
Also, the app opens when you click links in Quince promotional emails, but you’re only directed to the app homepage, not the specific products featured in the emails.
