Exemplary customer service!
First of all - this is a really cool platform and a great way to get on a nice bike, make some money with your bike, and make community connections. Next, there is no need to worry about any possible renter/rentee issues! Their incredible customer service takes care of you through any issues. I had the misfortune of having the renter get involved in an accident on my bike. this app helped with insurance and legal claims to make sure that I would get compensated. When the claims were resolved, they paid me directly for the damages. A+ service!

Easy to use, great way to save money!
I was at a conference in Boston and wanted to use a bicycle to get to and from my hotel to conference space. While my colleagues were trapped with cab fares and Uber prices, I rented a sweet Specialized Diverge for $25 a day. I was free to explore!! I checked with the owner who told me cleat style for pedals, and brought my helmet and lights in carry on. It was an awesome way to ride!

I’m someone who rents my Electric scooter on the app, and it’s an amazing opportunity where you can’t find anywhere else. Sure they could keep improving the app , but the basic idea and function is the opportunity they give to renters and bike shops it’s outstanding. Thank you
