Spinlister - Global Bike Share Reviews

I love everything about this app except Spinlister itself. It's clunky and doesn't allow me to communicate with bike renters conveniently. Messages sent through Spinlister to renters are delayed or don't show up at all without closing and reopening Spinlister . It has other faults, like not remembering my pickup location, which has caused problems with the rental experience.

First of all - this is a really cool platform and a great way to get on a nice bike, make some money with your bike, and make community connections.

Next, there is no need to worry about any possible renter/rentee issues! Their incredible customer service takes care of you through any issues. I had the misfortune of having the renter get involved in an accident on my bike. this app helped with insurance and legal claims to make sure that I would get compensated. When the claims were resolved, they paid me directly for the damages. A+ service!

Tried to set up my app so that I could rent a bike in London… Tried multiple times to upload a photo, which apparently is a requirement to verify. Spinlister kept disallowing my upload, so I missed a rental opportunity. Update: after contacting the company, they asked me to send them a photo so that they could update my profile from their end. That was 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been fixed and they are completely unresponsive to my continued attempts to contact them. Do they want my business or what? 🤔

I was at a conference in Boston and wanted to use a bicycle to get to and from my hotel to conference space. While my colleagues were trapped with cab fares and Uber prices, I rented a sweet Specialized Diverge for $25 a day. I was free to explore!! I checked with the owner who told me cleat style for pedals, and brought my helmet and lights in carry on. It was an awesome way to ride!

I can't get Spinlister to work since updating iOS. It closes automatically.

I’m someone who rents my Electric scooter on Spinlister , and it’s an amazing opportunity where you can’t find anywhere else. Sure they could keep improving Spinlister , but the basic idea and function is the opportunity they give to renters and bike shops it’s outstanding. Thank you

Very excited for this app to make a comeback and I will be using them this summer for some adventures! You can save about 50% renting bikes from this app’s rather than at expensive bike shops that typically can cost $100/day for a high end bike...more than a car rental!

I've had great support using this app. The users and company are filled with great people. Unfortunately Spinlister won't stay open on my phone. Nonetheless, using a computer I'm still able to list & rent. Looking forward to an app update.

Hello guys. For those wondering about Spinlister not opening or functioning properly, I’m here to inform you that this app went out of business earlier this year.

Great customer support.
App constantly crashed until I reinstalled it.

Rented out a bike in the Bay Area this past weekend. The process was super easy and I got to rent out a pretty cool Trek bike. Excited these guys are back!

I have an iPhone 8. I cannot open Spinlister . Is it still active?

Great concept and have used it already. Speedy payouts great interface and excellent customer service. I would have rated higher but for whatever reason the new update won't update because I have an iPhone 5c and they no longer support it....

Can’t upload a photo or verify my account because Spinlister keeps crashing or erroring out

Won't stop crashing. Will not stay open for more than 5 seconds. Worthless. Used to be great.

I add my bike in this app for like 6 months but so far I have not rent my bike not even once
