Not accurate voice note. Do not recommend

It records only some meetings. When meetings are long (2 hours) it only transcribes last few minutes. It stops recording when inbound call comes in even when you don’t pick up. I just requested money back.

They make it challenging to cancel so they can collect subscription fee before you cancel

Deleted my meeting recording. It said there is an error in formatting. It does not give an option to choose different format.

I tried to use this service to summarize notes of a verbal presentation. The audio recording would stop with no heads up and I lost hours of recording.

AINoteTaker is a scam. It records and makes notes for the first couple of times and then it records and starts making up what the recorded items are and the transcription is not in English. Don’t waste your money.

After several attempts (at least 10) AINoteTaker was never able to do a single note or summary. I even got the paid version. So disappointing

AINoteTaker isn’t a note taker as described in the e name. I wanted a note taker but this creates its own summaries and they are not accurate in the conversations being held. Some calls it only gives me emotions and no words. Too expensive for a poor job.

Love this tool in theory when it works the notes are very good but I haven't been able to consistently take a 30 minute call recording and have it work. Would be nice if I could confidently rely on it to work but it needs improvement! I'd gladly take my 30 bucks and spend it on a AI engine instead...

I used the free trial to help with a movie we watched in class and now try’s to take 150$ dollars out of my accounts?????? After trying to stop it I haven’t found a way it’s crazy!!!!!!

Very excited about ease of using app. Could have been a new go to tool if performance and functionality were consistent. Have run into a situation where the file cannot be shared nor filed for reference as intended. Also recording takes place but just disappeared. Leverage it for a few minutes and when it works it’s great but when it doesn’t it places you in a tough spot as you are left with nothing. Have recommended to others but will have to share the disappointing. Not happy I purchased lifetime as now I am out of money with a poor functioning app and forced to for another app. If functionality and consistency could be improved would easy 5 star.

I like the recording option as well as the summarization, but when I go to export the notes of the call the pdf is blank. It doesn’t pick up any of the text. I reached out to support with no response regarding this. Was going to go with the yearly commitment but not being able to export the summary so that I can notate my CRM and no response from support I think I’ll find a different tool.

When I first downloaded AINoteTaker, I was amazed at its accuracy in summarising several meetings.

The only issue is that it is not reliable. I have the latest update, but it will sometimes not record, giving a failed format message. I am paying attention to the meeting and cannot monitor whether AINoteTaker is working or not. Tonight, I received a phone call in the middle of a meeting. This caused AINoteTaker to stop recording and delete everything it had already recorded.

The concept of it is great. The reliability needs work before charging a subscription for it.

After scanning notes to create a summary for some times, you will have to get the subscription to continue, and while scanning very long pages, it kicks you out AINoteTaker ! It’s very frustrating, as once it kicks you out, i loose the progress of all the slides i scanned. The notes are pretty good but sometimes the words also glitch while scanning. Ok app, they just need to fix some bugs and glitches and it would be a 4, -1 because of the expensive subscription.

I used this for the first time at an international meeting. It was wonderful because it not only gave me the transcript but also summarized the talk for me.
What was most exciting was the note could be translated into various languages. Wonderful App

Im on a free trial and this stuff is awesome, definitely saving up. They’re a bit expensive at 24 a month but you can get a lifetime thing for like 100 which is definitely worth it especially if you’re in college
