Paid for the subscription for a year. The first 4 recordings worked well and summarized results. After that, all recordings showed audio could not be decoded. I used AINotebook to record all of them.

Saw AINotebook on Instagram and literally thought it was Coconote. But turns out they just copy everything Coconote does (and steal their social media content apparently). Haven’t used AINotebook a ton but seems cheaply made and unreliable.

I had high hopes for AINotebook, specifically to help reduce time with takes. Unfortunately it didn’t work when I was counting on it too, within the same week that I paid for a yearly subscription. I sent a note to the develop and a few days later, was told they “would look into it”. I do not recommend.

Although AINotebook is named Ai Notebook, there's nothing truly AI about it. It's a straightforward notebook that can summarize videos and import those notes, but when you search for a term across your notes, you're on your own. The search function lacks AI capabilities and can only look for specific words. Unless your search is spelled correctly and matches exactly, you won't find anything. You can't ask intuitive questions. Essentially, it's just a summarizer, like many others out there, combined with a notebook.

Working for a month now starts recording then stops and doesn’t save when I restart.

I found this and tested its ability against some big names. Although it took longer, it was a more accurate transcription. So much so I signed up for premium plus. Where it falls short is there is zero ways to organize your imports accurately. You can use hashtags, but they are assigned by the program and are not editable. You are also limited by only 10. I would say make these editable so you can correct the erroneous categorization by AINotebook and increase the number to 20. OR introduce folders and sorting options in the “inbox” that would truly make this a core program for anyone needing a summarizer. You also can't fix words in the transcript yet. I'm sure that is a coming feature as all the others Ive tested has this.
Also, for the price of premium plus, you should increase upload size limits. My classes are 75 minutes, the cutoff is 60 minutes. I haven't tried to upload documents yet.

The transcription works great and the AI is handy. But I cannot figure out how to put multiple sources in one notebook. I did once but it is not obvious and it would be nice to be able to organize things.

Has some potential , summaries are effective. But - limitation in size of text / pdf uploads. Would appreciate also to upload from different sources into one notebook.

Records my random notes and puts it into a well drafted note with bulletpoints. ( I should have used it for this review!!)

AINotebook helps a lot with getting classroom lectures into a concise study guide. Super helpful.

It is super help for those lectures where you have to take a lot of notes in the short amount of time. help me study for a bunch of things like bio and history. You 100% need AINotebook.

I downloaded this the other day and within 5 minutes already knew I wanted to subscribe. The AI Writer helped me land a better job last year. I have faith in your apps and am looking forward to seeing how AINotebook evolves. Thank you for your work.
