Hi, My daughter-in-law (Sabrina Ferrara) and I used the Skootel scooters in Puerto Rico on 11/14/25. Initially, we tried to pay for each of our scooters separately. However, we ended up having Sabrina create a "group" of scooters that included both of us. Hence, Sabrina paid for both of us. The problem is that two $10 charges were charged to my credit card by mistake. One of those charges has already been paid by my credit card company, and the other one is still pending. Please remove/refund both of these $10 charges since Sabrina paid for both of us in the group that she created. Thanks, Rich Ferrara

La página un problema para agregarte. Nos movimos a diferentes puntos llenos de scooter y todas sin batería o fuera de servicio. Simplemente decepcionante el servicio.
