Get Pricing Info for Bright NewtHi, I was in the Orlando area this weekend but did not attempt to ride any scooters I have several unauthorized charges. I also have another pending charge for July 28th what is going on??????
I couldn't figure out how to work the scooter and the app kept stalling. I got charged $6.05 for a ride I didn't take. I want my money back.
I used it once it worked I signed out and the next day I tried to sign in and my password wasn’t working so I reset the password and it doesn’t work even though it told me password successfully updated

Tried using these scooters with a group of 7 people. 3 of us were able to download the app but the other 4 were unable to sign in after creating 3 separate accounts. The app is poorly made and the scooters are in dire need of service. One of our friends was unlucky enough to log it and get a scooter but it died after 4 measly minutes. Which we weren’t even using the scooter for because half of us couldn’t use the app to log it and get our own. The scooter broke after 4 minutes and continued to charge her $60!!!!

I had the most horrible experience riding these scooters. It took almost 30 minutes just to download the app and create an account just to ride the scooters on international drive in Orlando. After our ride we were not even able to end our session. As the time clock continued to count we had to sit anxiously while waiting for a phone signal just to end it. The ride was not worth the hassle.

The scooters in Orlando are the worst I’ve ever used. Half of them don’t work and are in poor condition. They are the slowest scooters I’ve ever used. Honestly I think they slowed them down to increase profit. I paid almost $30 for one hour, and never got to go to my destination because it was “out of the area.” They don’t tell you about the restricted areas until you are done riding. I’d just stick to using Spin or Bird.
