Not redee my point for my gas
MAPCO #3325, 311 Harding Pl., Nashville TN 37211 Had a incident with a clerk on 1/2/26 around 6:50 am notice a camera that recorded the incident. My next steps will be to corporate or BBB. Really need something done about this.
At 6:50 am 1/2/26 311 Harding Place, Antioch Tn 37013, this clerk even has a problem with me or black people. Come to store on a regular basic even talk to other clerks and owner every time I visit. But this one doesn't know what his problem is. Please check video during time frame. When he is there, I already know that there is going to be a problem on this day 1. asked me 4 to 5 times what I need (mine you I come every other day or multiple times the same day) 2. refuse to accept my Mapco reward or any coupons for Newport's cigs (the owner when he took over approx. year ago fix this problem back then and this clerk even seen me use it with him in past purchases. 3. He frustrated me so much that I regret to say that I jump at him 4. called the store to speak to owner to report him (mine you the owner and I know one another) he refuses tell me when he comes in. All the other clerks know that when I come in for cigs, most of the time I have a coupon from Newport even have seen the owner train them all how to use them, remember this clerk even have use this coupon once before with me at the end, I show him the coupon verify that it was for this store (only have 5 minutes to use it or lose it) he finally scan it, the coupon, went thru (watch the video) should be the end right, no he keep talking even after I paid. Live in this neighborhood well over 10 years never complained about any clerks at this store but enough is enough. If he wants to fix this like a man and settle this with a mediator (owner) I'm for it but know more disrespect and don't want anyone firer. Happy New Year please contact me thru email
Bait and switch with gasoline discounts

I receive Mapco emails and phone texts offering 5 cents to 10 cents off per gallon on my next purchase. Two issues- the first is if I don’t buy the gasoline that day or very early the next day the additional discount does not appear at the pumps. The second issue is if I am offered a 5 cent discount per gallon or 10 cents per gallon at the pumps I am offered 3 cents or 5 cents as a Mapco customer. I am offered discounts on candy bars, microwave breakfast biscuits, slurped, and coffee inside the store. Those overpriced items are not what I buy locally or when traveling. Sometimes the pumps will not honor the discount offered at the pump for non-ethanol gasoline. What gives.

Throw the designer of this app in the trash. They don’t deserve to make apps! Can’t save the password for the app but will save it on the website. Won’t let me use Face ID to unlock the app either. It asks for passcode and allows 4 numbers while your passcode has to be at least 6 smh. Stupid. Also tired of y’all giving a discount for just one day. Like I don’t check my email every morning at 6 I check em at night when I get home then see oh mapco Gave me an extra 10 cents off a gallon check the expiration on it and it’s in 4 hrs like that’s some bs. Until y’all get it together imma steal some candy every time I hit a store
App does not let you pay at pump

I have tried using this app to pay at the pump twice now. It simply does not work. I have Apple Pay set up and after I confirm it says pump is occupied and then it cancels the transaction. If they get it fixed I will try it again but right now it’s a waste of my phones space.
Edit: I downloaded the app again and did what the developer said to do once arriving at the pump. I tried using Apple Pay but it got declined immediately. It just doesn’t work with Apple Pay for me. If they get it fixed I will gladly try again because I love Apple Pay.
