I receive Mapco emails and phone texts offering 5 cents to 10 cents off per gallon on my next purchase. Two issues- the first is if I don’t buy the gasoline that day or very early the next day the additional discount does not appear at the pumps. The second issue is if I am offered a 5 cent discount per gallon or 10 cents per gallon at the pumps I am offered 3 cents or 5 cents as a Mapco customer. I am offered discounts on candy bars, microwave breakfast biscuits, slurped, and coffee inside the store. Those overpriced items are not what I buy locally or when traveling. Sometimes the pumps will not honor the discount offered at the pump for non-ethanol gasoline. What gives.

Throw the designer of MYMAPCO in the trash. They don’t deserve to make apps! Can’t save the password for MYMAPCO but will save it on the website. Won’t let me use Face ID to unlock MYMAPCO either. It asks for passcode and allows 4 numbers while your passcode has to be at least 6 smh. Stupid. Also tired of y’all giving a discount for just one day. Like I don’t check my email every morning at 6 I check em at night when I get home then see oh mapco Gave me an extra 10 cents off a gallon check the expiration on it and it’s in 4 hrs like that’s some bs. Until y’all get it together imma steal some candy every time I hit a store

I have tried using MYMAPCO to pay at the pump twice now. It simply does not work. I have Apple Pay set up and after I confirm it says pump is occupied and then it cancels the transaction. If they get it fixed I will try it again but right now it’s a waste of my phones space.

Edit: I downloaded MYMAPCO again and did what the developer said to do once arriving at the pump. I tried using Apple Pay but it got declined immediately. It just doesn’t work with Apple Pay for me. If they get it fixed I will gladly try again because I love Apple Pay.

For some reason it’s not letting me log in. Yesterday I wasn’t able to log in at all so I changed my password, and it still wouldn’t let me log in. The next day (today) I tried logging in again, and it will log me in for a second, then MYMAPCO will freeze and go to my homepage, and when I went back into MYMAPCO I was signed out. I’ve tried to do this multiple times to make sure it wasn’t just my phone glitching, but it’s definitely MYMAPCO .

The new app looks a lot better and finally mobile pay is back. Loved that I can use Apple Pay and get some extra benefits on that.

The maps and store location looks great and you can see gas price back again.

Awesome job updating MYMAPCO . Can now have a touch less, safe experience at the register and at the pump. I love the fact that you can pay at pump before even stepping out of the vehicle. Can’t wait till Apple Pay works in the stores!!!

This version of MYMAPCO is a great improvement. To get to 5 stars I would like for MYMAPCO to remember my name and password or allow me to sign in with my fingerprint. The extra time it takes to enter my name and password does away with any advantage of using MYMAPCO for mobile pay.

Great new look and feel, I can pay at the pump also pay inside with MYMAPCO using my wallet at MYMAPCO , fast location of nearest store from my currebt location, I can see my point on the main screen. Great app thanks.

This new app has some features I really like: Face ID, paying with my phone, and geofencing. Mapco did a great job with MYMAPCO, and I look forward to using it the next time I need gas.

I can see my points and what is in the catalog, but once I select a reward it doesn’t let me scroll to actually redeem the reward. Cashiers have suggested to just do it online but it would be nice if MYMAPCO worked... it’s a convenience thing. Please help!

I had no problems using MYMAPCO to Mobile pay for gas 2 weeks ago. Today I stopped at a MAPCO to pay for gas and get a velocity device_id blocked error, asking me to add payment. I already had a saved payment method??? I then uninstall app and re-install on my phone, now I am getting this velocity device_id blocked error when trying to login. Please fix!

I love MYMAPCO !! Easy to navigate, quick pay from the phone! I always leave my rewards card in the car but MYMAPCO takes care of that! MYMAPCO keeps track of my receipts! Thank you, MAPCO!!

Absolutely love the new app! My favorite is mobile pay- authorizing a pump without touching anything or going inside is extremely convenient.

So this company just built a brand new very nice store close to my home. Every time I go into the store the clerk ask if I have a “MAPCO” card, to which I say no. Finally, I decide, “What the heck, maybe it will be a good spend of my time...” Wrong!! Horrible app!, just finally deleted MYMAPCO and will not shop at this chain again. Why so cranky? When I went to register the card it obviously excepted the info I put in but not the card itself. Why is this a big deal? Because every time I get sent a discount and I want to use it at the pumps I have to put my number in instead of simply swiping the card. Plus, when I go to try and register the card it just says error which means I can’t use the cards points I’m supposedly building up. So I kinda have a rewards program (on fuel only) but then I don’t. PILOT IS NEXT DOOR, and their app works amazing so take care “CRAPCO”! 🤢

Before this latest update the MAPCO app was a good app, however, the update of May 2018 changed the really good features. For example, the old app allowed for pay at the pump without the use of the Rewards card. This was convenient if you wanted to pay for gas for a friend or family while you were sitting at home watching the game or whatever. Another thing, use of the MAPCO Rewards card was optional. Your cell phone was all you needed to make purchases and receive rewards and points. Lastly, the new app update eliminated the additional savings of 2 cents per gallon when using PayPal as a payment option. The old app allowed pre-set amounts or no limit for gas purchases, something I’m not sure the new app could do. Hope MAPCO changes everything back like it was. They use to have the most advanced app of any gas station I knew about.

New app is terrible. Whatever marketing and promotional team came up with this should be fired immediately! I liked the old app just fine. Now half of my rewards don’t show up on my account. I used the pay by app feature all the time and it’s been nice that mapco honored that 2 cent discount till the end of June but then what? I can’t even get my purchase rewards or cents off per gallon to show up half of the time. My prior gas/store purchases no longer show up with points earned each visit. The clerks almost never offer a receipt so it was a good way to track your points. Also the points required to get extra cents off your gas purchases have gone way up too. Customer service is useless. Bad move Mapco....

Well it's a nice app when it works. Half the time the mobile pay just won't work, will error out saying something went wrong.

Honestly I think the developer does not care about MYMAPCO any more... that includes Mapco as well. Lots of little things reported but no updates to MYMAPCO for over a year to fix any of them. But on that note still same issues cant do mobile payments half the time, app just crashes over and over and over, this all stared when iOS 11 came out. Uninstalled MYMAPCO to try and fix these issues but now I can not login to my rewards account, even though it works fine on the web site.

I used to love MYMAPCO. Don't know what they did to it, but it's horrible now! Wouldn't let me sign in - said information I was entering was incorrect so I ended up going to their website (as instructed) to reset my PIN (even though I hadn't changed it). After doing that, it still said my info was incorrect! I tried logging in using my phone number, my email, and my Mapco rewards card number and the new PIN that I had just changed. All were rejected! Totally lame! What good is collecting rewards if you aren't able to access them?! Fix this, Please!!

I Love MAPCO They Have Such Awesome Deals, But Lately I Have Been Having Trouble With My Account!! They Stop Sending My Percentage Deals Off Every Week!!! I’m So Upset I Just Got A New Card Tried To Register It And The Account Just Closed Out!!!! Please Help Me Get My Account Back In Force, I Love This Company It’s The Second Time That This Has Happened!!! HELP ME!!!!! I’m Not Giving Up On You All!!!!

I like Mapco because their gas is cheap and they give you lots of discounts so many times a week do you only thing that I’m having a problem with is they took the price of gas off of their map they need to put that back because I’m tired of trying to figure out which one has the cheapest gas that’s all I got to say

New app no longer allows activating the pump and paying from phone via PayPal. Was great to not dig for Rewards Card and Payment cards using PayPal. Now I have to hand key my rewards number due to worn out mag stripe and the number of characters required don’t match pump and card. Keeps declining my debit card at pump unless I go inside and wait in long line TWICE (activate pump and return to pay) where it will get approved. Don’t call customer support phone number unless you have 30 minutes to wait on hold.

The previous version was great as we use Diesel gas and often need to add DEF as well - not all Mapcos sell diesel much less have DEF available so MYMAPCO was very helpful in deciding where to stop. Additionally we have three stations within 5 miles radius - prices can very as much as $0.05 gal so we like to compare. Now this information is no where readily available. Redeeming points only works if you have the capability to go in and fill up. While not completely useful it is indeed several steps backwards.

And MYMAPCO is living up to that name. I have an account and I can see it online. I can do everything I want there. Whomever is in charge of the group of devs that came up with this should be fired without pay. I would not even begin to stand for the type of app incompetence MYMAPCO has going on for it. Now I will prob be sued by these asshats for my review, but I’m sure the evidence in the workings of MYMAPCO are pretty much the only piece of evidence Im gonna need. Don't bother with MYMAPCO until they drop back and punt MYMAPCO off MYMAPCO store.

I’ve used MYMAPCO for a few years, but moved away from my usual store and hadn’t used my rewards/points for a few months. Tried to log in yesterday while at a mapco, thinking I’d use my points to get a drink or something and my pin wouldn’t work, so I changed it, still wouldn’t work, deleted and redownloaded MYMAPCO , still nothing. When I click on this page for support, it just goes to the website with general information, not to any kind of app support. Do better.

I stop at a Mapco only when I am traveling for business. I haven't been to one for a couple months and that was the last time I opened MYMAPCO .

In spite of that, upon reviewing my iPhone battery usage, MYMAPCO has been running in the background and using 3% of my battery just in the last 24 hours.

MYMAPCO is useful for getting gas and discounts. However, they must address this background and battery issue before I reinstall MYMAPCO.

The new version of MYMAPCO no longer gives you a price comparison for local stations. Also does not allow you to search for the type of fuel. I use diesel and not all stations carry it, so was very handy to be able to search by type of fuel. That was my main use for MYMAPCO . Really no long of use to me.

The latest update has taken away the pricing at each store which is almost half of the reason I use it. MYMAPCO is much cleaner and more modern but need to restore some basic functionality. Drop the crappy mobile pay which is very tedious and inconvenient to use and bring NFC payments to your stores.

Apparently there has been an update, or it is incompatible with iOS nine. The last couple times I have tried to use it, it sits at the "loading stores" map. I don't want to see a map with stores I want to go directly to the payment screen. But I cannot get away from the stupid map. I guess I will shop elsewhere for gas now.
