The app doesn't allow me to make videos or do effects with photos and I already paid for it. I already paid for a full week and it doesn't let me use it every time I'm using it I'm going to do something with it, it tells me it notifies me that the server is busy that I tried then to try again and I go back and do it, I do it over and over again and it doesn't let me, What's going on?

I have not been able to render one image or video using this app. The “server is busy” error pops up when attempting to do anything. This needs to be fixed.
