How to fix Daily Hope app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Daily Hope app on iPhone
Update Daily Hope app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Daily Hope iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Daily Hope on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Daily Hope network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Daily Hope not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Daily Hope App
1. On android, goto Settings » Daily Hope » click [Force Stop]

Update Daily Hope to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Daily Hope App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Daily Hope » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Daily Hope.

Fix Daily Hope unable to contact server/ Daily Hope internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Daily Hope » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Daily Hope » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
