When i open my ath movil say balance balance not
It keeps saying connect through wifi or data, which I have done multiple times regardless of have a connection.
Ath MÓVIL isn’t sending me a verification number to my cell phone. What do I do from there
App is not pushing the message verification code

Trouble seeing Activity page. Its been more than a month that I hvent see activity page. Therefore to look for payment send or received I have to go to my email.

Activity on ath movil does not load. It has been some time with the problem.

I have to update my card. But it continuously states that I am not connected to the Internet when I clearly am.
I need to access my history but when I try, the app get stuck on loading and after a while it crash. I have an iPhone XR updated and tried uninstalling and installing the app again but the problem continue.

My ATH Movil app says "ATH Movil app does not support Jailbroken phones". My Iphone was purchased on an ATT store and all apps were acquired from the App Store.
I'm trying to add another credit card. It will not accept the $2 it tells me to add that should go through my account, although it did go through the account initially but still got the error message. Now, it kicks me off after too many tries. What's next?
Las transacciones no se ven ( no estan siendo listadas. Ya he apagado la aplicación y me he salido y vuelto a entrar. He verificado con otras personas y le pasa lo mismo.
Can I receive the login code by email instead of SMS?
I recently got a new debit card, and i tried to update it on my math Movil app but when i tried to update the card, or add a new one, i kept getting a message saying i had no internet connection or that i had no data to do the change, even tho i had both, or i had one or the other to see which one would work, but nothing, i restarted my phone and even reinstalled the app, any fixes?
Good evening! I don't have that email or phone number anymore. It's blocked. I'm trying to access my ATHmovil and it's not letting me unless I put a code sent to the email that I can't access anymore. How can I fix this problem? thank you and have a wonderful 2023! Cynthia Quiles
Message - no Internet make sure your cellular data is turned on or you're connected and signed in to a WiFi network, have tried with two different android phones plus my laptop same result , also had all the information removed by the bank same problem occurs
I can log in to my account just fine but I cannot add my card. Whenever I try to add my card, it just tells me that I have no internet connection and kicks me out of the menu where I should add my card info. I've tried rebooting my phone, restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, logging out and logging in, and nothing seems to make any difference. Reviews on the play store say that many other users are having this exact same problem

ATH doesn’t let me log in ask me to contact my financial institutions I done know why u can’t get in
I cannot open the application on my Galaxy/Android...sometimes it opens after 15 or more tries...
It gave the error Daily Limit Exceeded but I haven't performed a previous transaction.
This app is incredibly frustrating be ause of its two step verification. What kind of people dont think of putting a “i didnt get code” button you have to be incredibly stupid to have not thought of that, this dumb app has been saying i need to put a verification code im supposed to be seeing through my messages that im not getting, and i cant do anything else no other options so what the f am i supposed to do to acces my damn money. because clearly i cannot count on this app
