I'm currently paying for Clue Plus to track my pregnancy, and just within the last week, whenever I open the app, all it shows is the dial that shows the number of days since the first day of your last period. No other features appear for tracking like the calendar, content, tracking, etc. Like I said, I'm currently paying for this app for these pregnancy tracking features and none of it is working now and hasn't for over a week. Fix it soon or I should get some kind of refund?
When trying to open a day on the calendar it’s either freezing or just won’t open individual days this started happening 2 months ago.
I’ve had the free version of the clue app for years and recently in the last few months it has frozen when I click on the calendar to track my period. Open then close out of app and have deleted and re installed, but nothing works. Will have to try flo now.
I have been using the Clue app for quite a few years now. I have the free version. To my knowledge I haven't had any issues using it in the past but this week as I have been trying to track my cycle it freezes up every time I click on the calendar to go and add data for my cycle. I am very frustrated. If this keeps up I am concerned I may have to look into a different app or form of tracking my cycle. If this issue could be fixed i'd really appreciate it! I am happy to see I am not the only one with this issue!
I have a paid subscription to Clue. Up until the last week or so, everything has been fine. Now the app freezes as soon as I click on the calendar and I cannot put in my data. This is becoming very frustrating, especially since I have paid for it.
Hello, My clue app keeps freezing up. Also, I checked ovulation tracking and it does not show up on my cycle page. I am frustrated because I have purchased a subscription to this app, so it is not the free version, yet it does not work. I really like this app but really wished it worked consistently. Hi, I really like using clue however it doesn’t always work. When I try to tap on it, a grey screen pops up and it’s as if it’s frozen. I have noticed this issue ever since apple had it update with the iPhone.
The app keeps freezing and always takes ages to load, every single time I open it. I always have to wait 30 sec- 1 min before being able to checking/doing anything in it, when it doesnt just crash. Quite annoying.
