I’ve been a fan of Danielle for a few years now, after I originally discovered her amazing workouts on FitOn and Instagram. DPFITAPP is a worthwhile investment, especially if you know how physically and mentally invigorating DP workouts are. DPFITAPP is easy to navigate, with a search bar and filters like time range and spice level (haha). There are self-guided workouts and pre-recorded videos, with a helpful breakdown of the exercises and equipment needed. Classes are grouped by upper body, lower body, HIIT style, and more. I especially enjoy the warm up and cool down options, as DP is a big proponent of taking steps to avoid injury. Another unique feature is the community forum, where you can share your fitness experiences with others in a supportive online setting.
Danielle is a challenging and inspiring trainer, letting her personality shine through. Her honesty, enthusiasm, and sense of humor are refreshing. DP encourages you to push yourself, realizing you’re stronger than you think; but also giving yourself grace on tough days when you may not have the mental capacity or energy for a workout. As a fellow busy toddler mom like Danielle, I look forward to the window of time when I can squeeze in a workout with her on DPFITAPP and feel strong and rejuvenated!
