Broken for weeks!

App is NOT working and hasn’t for weeks. It will not allow me to add money to my side of the account and it is not pulling the automatic payments either. I have sent multiple messages to help center and NO response. This used to be a phenomenal app but the quality and service has been awful the past 6 months.
Do NOT recommend. Looking for something better.

It would be 5 stars for me if I could change it to the option of paying out bi weekly as I pay based on my own paydays. Bi weekly at a starting point would be very helpful.

Very useful app! Love the education the kids can do through mini lessons. Dislike the lack of ability to get money back into the parent account though.
