Loved the app

Long time user. The app has gone down hill these last few months. Yesterday it started crashing every time I tried to open it. Thought to myself, maybe I should check for an update and found that there was an update two days ago. Apparently someone tried to fix something and now it’s useless. Please fix soon. While you’re at it, get rid of that swipe left or right to move between articles. It’s too sensitive and every time I scroll through an article, it has to constantly refresh because it thought I meant to swipe to another story.
Keeps crashing!

Ever since I updated my iOS the app keeps crashing. My husband updated phone and his doesn’t crash. Although, he has an iPhone 6s Plus and I have an iPhone 11Pro. I didn’t really want to write a bad review, but when I click on app help, it takes me to a form where my options are to report a story, get help me Hank, etc. Firs thought need to address the crash problem, then you need to actually have a technical support option. I use to love this app.
Live streaming is terrible

I use this app to live stream the news in the morning while I get ready for work. It used to work fine but in the last few months it’s gone downhill. It freezes often and I have to close and reopen the app only to have it freeze again. The stream often skips and today the audio stopped working. With all these problems and all the commercials I end up only seeing about 10% of the news. Of course the commercials air just fine. I will stream news from another channel from now on.
