Can I go back to the previous version?

This app had been the one I turned to first in the day for a quick overview of what happened overnight because it loaded quickly and had the news easy & quick to read. No longer. Still quick to load but I want to quickly read the news not watch videos or only scroll through a few stories. I’m unwilling to create an account, giving up my privacy, for an “improved” version that limits what I see. Bye?
Worst alerts EVRR!!!

I really do not like that y’all send an alert about a story, then I click the alert and it takes me to the watch live screen that tells me to wait. I wish I could read the news story about the alert when clicking the alert. Instead, I get this same screen all the time and then wait for WSB to report the same story so I can read it.
No landscape mode

This app only seems to work in portrait mode only.
I have an iPad with a keyboard which I use in landscape mode. All of the other local news apps can be used in landscape mode. This is the only one that does not. I will not be able to use this app since it only allows portrait mode only.
