Contact Vinted USA Support

How does vinted get away with running a business in USA with absolutely no chat or phone number here to contact them? So they are running a business in USA but live outside the US. How are we suppose to keep track of taxes paid or invoices sold/bought it there is no customer service???? I mean come on. I have sent emails to the one rare one I found and nothing. And when they ask for feed back I give it. And it states they will not be contacting you back! This is totally unexceptable and dangerous. Why is our government allowing an outside company to make their money and not help the people who are supporting them? I have read hundreds of complaints about scams and buyers getting duped out of their money on refunds. Bad sales etc. And you guys just sit back and rack in the cash from both buyers and sellers. I wonder if the IRS needs to look into your tax practices? Or if they need to find out why you always side with the buyers and don't help out the sellers? At least I can email or call Mercari. Mercari answers my questions. Not the greatest platform to sell but better than what I am hearing about Vinted. Etsy and Ebay are strict about not sure about Poshmark. And you sure make me wait forever to supposedly verify my items when posted. But I am reading about tons of scams on your site just like Mercari. That is illegal. People are leaving because of Ebays rules and Etsys too. And the costs. Again I think Trump needs to check into how your are doing business and Mercari too. Sounds like some fraud going on. Mercari at least has a way to see what you sell and when and how much they make from sales. YOU have nothing like that. And they have a customer service phone number. And emails. I tried their phone CS but you can't understand any of the people on the phone. So I stick to emails. And if you don't understand the language here maybe you need to stick with the UK. Because with everything going on people are getting tired of being ripped off and lied too. You want to keep running a business here you need to follow our rules and regulations period.
