Says I’m too young to play and will not let me into the game even after deleting and reinstalling I’ve had it before and I’m on a high level

Please help. My new Galaxy s21 5g phone won't install correctly. I'm too young and can't play. I have reinstalled and it is always the same. I have over 7,000 stars. I can only play on a tablet. No support

Yesterday my Facebook and messenger account got hacked and now today I got on pirate kings and it looked like they want me to start all over again I've been on this game for too many years and I've way ahead I do not want to start over so will you please help get me back on my account.

Morning, I went to play Pirate Kings earlier and had issues in getting connected. Kept trying, eventually got it going, I played Pirate Kings last night and had a score of over 6,000. Now it has me as being new to game. I have been playing this game for years. I would be very grateful if you'd look into this and reinstate my correct score. Many thanks Archie
