- Bad WiFi area can cause you to lose progress

- Can only do 2 raids an hour

- Almost impossible to finish a ritual without your gem being stolen

Team ZeptoLab, I have a serious problem with the game. Whenever I open the game the guide comes and tell that someone has broken through my dungeon and I have to re-steal my gem. When I'm done with the re-stealing of the gem and after pressing the 'OK' icon, it leads to the ritual area where the gems are upgraded, and then the screen stops. I could not touch anything in the screen except clearing it from the recents. I did everything that could solve the problem like force stopping the app or clear all data but the results are still the same. And this has been happening with me since last one year. I like this game very much and when this happened to me for the first time, I accidentally deleted my high level account and created a new level 1 account but the same problem is still there. Please team ZeptoLab, please do something, I love this game so much!

wen i open the game on my appletv it says to update but wen i go to the app store ther is no update buton
