How to fix RaMusi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RaMusi app on iPhone
Update RaMusi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RaMusi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RaMusi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RaMusi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RaMusi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RaMusi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RaMusi App
1. On android, goto Settings » RaMusi » click [Force Stop]

Update RaMusi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RaMusi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RaMusi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RaMusi.

Fix RaMusi unable to contact server/ RaMusi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RaMusi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RaMusi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
