Followmeter is not working. It won’t send me a code to log in, after having to log out in order to refresh.

Will not refresh, just stays at 1% for ages and never moves beyond that.

As soon as I installed followmeter, my instagram business account that I wanted to use it with has completed disappered! I cant get it back, i have tried everything, im really upset, ive worked so hard to promote my business and now its gone down the drain, worst decision ive ever made, no one can find my username, i cant login, it just says user doesnt exist or user unknown. Im guessing followmeter is a hacking tool?? if not please help

Hello, I have sent several messages on this and haven't heard back. The app is not working, and hasn't been for the past week plus.
