Subject: Sync Issue, Account Verification, and Subscription Pricing Clarification Dear Notee: AI Note Taker on the App Store (aka GM UniverseApps Limited), I’m reaching out regarding a few issues I’ve encountered with the Notee: AI Note Taker app. I subscribed to the Premium plan for $39.99/year on November 5, 2025, and have been using the app primarily on my iPhone and Apple Watch. However, today I recorded a doctor visit using the Watch app, and although I saved the note, it did not populate on my iPhone afterward. It seems the Watch and iPhone may be running different versions or aren’t syncing properly. Could you please investigate what might be causing this? Additionally, I’m unsure which Apple ID is currently linked to my Notee account. I typically use gregory_burdge@redacted or gregory_burdge-1@redacted (same account), but I may have signed in using “Sign in with Apple” and the Hide My Email feature. If that’s the case, the relay email might be something like w8bt4hp4pb@redacted. Can you confirm which account is active and help ensure my devices are properly linked? Lastly, I noticed that the App Store shows three different price tiers for Premium: $39.99, $49.99, and $69.99/year. Could you clarify why these variations exist?
