Update: one day randomly I was charged a year later after writing this review. Once I contacted customer support they said “We do not show an active account with that number!” I said funny because you definitely charged me. I hope they go bankrupt and we can class action lawsuit them until the go so far under that person has to be homeless like i was trying to climb up. Don’t need some rich California guy taking my $20. He doesn’t need it
Do yourself a favor and take all the money that you would spend on this service and just pay down your debt. I signed up for the service about a year ago. And canceled a month afterwards. Only need to have them continuously bill me throughout the year after requesting a cancellation of my membership several times throughout 2024. If you run into the same problem, call your financial institution. Tell them to block all the charges coming from Tomo boost and then go ahead and change banks because they will continue to use bad business practices to get your money. In fact I just got billed this morning at 4 AM. What financial institution is open at 4 AM that repairs your credit?

This company turned out to be a scam. Back when they offered the physical credit card they were great. Something happened and they took the card away to offer this TomoBoost service. From the start there were people complaining that the service wasn’t showing up on their credit. You had to email them a million times to get them to report. Then Ex, Eq and Ty realized how big of a scam/legal issue this company is and they refused to allow them to report ANYTHING to anyone’s credit anymore. So as of right now they legally cannot report to your credit so they are knowingly taking money from people without being able to fulfill the the service they claim to provide. They are robbing you. They won’t let you cancel, I’ve emailed them many times and they ignore it. I’ve had to replace my debit card to keep them from being able to charge me. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

TomoCredit markets itself as a solution for individuals aiming to build or improve their credit scores. However, recent developments have raised significant concerns about its effectiveness in fulfilling this promise.
In October 2024, reports emerged that Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax—the three major credit bureaus—terminated their data partnerships with TomoCredit, ceasing to include credit lines reported by the company.
This severance has led to numerous customer complaints. Users have reported paying for services with the expectation of credit reporting, only to find no such activity on their credit profiles. For instance, a complaint filed in February 2024 highlighted that despite paying for a VIP credit improvement service, the promised line of credit was never reported, and the company continued to charge monthly fees.
Given these issues, potential users should exercise caution. The lack of reporting to major credit bureaus undermines the primary purpose of using such a service. Exploring alternative credit-building options that maintain robust relationships with credit bureaus may be more effective.
In summary, while TomoCredit’s concept is appealing, its current inability to report to major credit bureaus renders it ineffective for credit-building purposes. Users should be aware of these limitations and consider other avenues
