Good luck trying to register any tools using RYOBI .

Have tried several times loading RYOBI and subsequently deleting RYOBI . Very disappointing.

No camera support (required for adding tools to ‘Toolbox’) for iPhone 16 pro.

Also, SSO with Google crashed once. Seems like there are bugs.

Horrible product, don’t bother downloading just use your product and register product the old fashioned way

I’ve tried several times now to get RYOBI to work - including deleting it and reinstalling it numerous times - but it never loads past the main screen. It’s a great idea to register in RYOBI , and the chance to win $10k was a good incentive for downloading RYOBI and doing it that way, but if RYOBI doesn’t actually work…😏

I’m not able to login on my iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.2.1. I can log in on my iPad Air with iPadOS 18.2.1. I was hoping the recent this app update would fix this but no joy. Any ideas?

Created an account but it will not let me log in. It just stays there. Deleted and then reinstalled RYOBI and still won’t let me in. I can’t send a message either because it won’t let me log in. Confirmation of my account in an email. Restarted my phone and it still won’t allow me access

I just got RYOBI , and when trying to sign into my account I just never did anything.

App is slow, might log you in might not. Makes it virtually impossible to register your product. It’s worse than the actual website if you can believe that. DO NOT DOWNLOAD RYOBI

Tried to register my toolkit, couldn’t find the serial number for the circular saw. Tried to add a receipt - it ended up making a new registration and got rid of my old serial numbers. Now I have two product registrations that I can’t delete and aren’t complete. Pretty frustrating.

RYOBI hangs on a screen and will not let you complete. It doesn’t recognize receipts from Home Depot’s website, things need to be manually entered. It creates scads of pending registrations. Structure and idea of app is good. Needs some work.

Start out by staying I’ve loved my this app tools that I’ve bought and those given to me as gifts. Been trying to upload receipts but RYOBI won’t complete the process… it “reads” the info but won’t finish the process. Fix please!

For those who are unable to get past the login screen, turn on your WiFi. After doing so, I was able to login, and register all of my products through RYOBI .

I already have a this app account. Able to log in and see my items already registered. I have an incomplete registration that I need to delete. The correct item has been registered. I don’t see a way to delete an item.

Had some issues trying to upload receipts and serial numbers through the data images on one of the tools. RYOBI read it right, recorded it incorrectly and then balked when I entered it manually. It eventually worked out…I would take this review with a grain of salt for now. Things may improve. However another item shows on RYOBI as not having all required information but I entered it etc. So, for now it’s a touch glitchy

I have been a loyal this app buyer for the last 5 years. I have 18 and 40 volts tools. I am so glad to have RYOBI , it sucked trying to register all of my tools. I have had very little problems with any of tools I have bought. I’ve only had two that I had issues with and both were fixed or replaced through the warranty on the items. Fast and seamless, great customer service.
