Bluetooth doesn’t stay connected, or auto connect from session to session.
Not sure why people say you can adjust temp and time, because it literally doesn’t offer any sort of control of your “session” other than logging the time. Legit no reason to download this

The only way to control the sauna box go is from your phone. SaunaBox is one of the most frustrating things to use. It’s not easy. It’s glitchy and it only lets you start a session if you’re lucky. The sauna box itself is awesome and easy to use. I would like to see a bit longer hoses for the connections not one long and one short.

Why doesn't our device just "remember" the this app?

When I reconnect, a 35 min ghost session starts and I cannot pre heat

Closing the ghost session severs the BT connection, making me have to start over.

A remote did a better job than this.

App seem awesome but does not work with the original this app steaming unit. Wish SaunaBox would be updated to allow for manuals entries so it can be used by all that purchased this app box

First things firsts 5 stars easy on a lot of levels; more due to the company, the actual unit, and customer service …

SaunaBox itself however works perfectly fine, love some of the guided breathwork sessions … but lacks a real interface with the sauna go unit, can set up a sessions but can hardly control a sessions outside of the original set up. No way to increase time or temp to extend or even cancel a session you don’t want tracked…would love to see these features added if possible of course

Since getting SaunaBox , everything has worked flawlessly. Setup was also a breeze and everything connected the first time. I like being able to set the time and temp from my phone. The built in music and meditations are a neat feature too.

This was the best purchase ever! I now can do at home workouts and then use it instead of going to the gym and having to share a sauna. Even on days I just wanna use the sauna I can just go to my garage and use this instead having to get my truck and waste gas! VERY VERY RECOMMENDED!!

I recently tried this app, and it exceeded all my expectations. The convenience of having it right in my home made the experience even better. I also loved the smooth setup. I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after every session. 10/10!!!!

I purchased the this app smartstream and its been amazing. makes me feel energized each morning after my workout. highly recommend!!

SaunaBox has been a great add on feature to my SmartSteam kit. I’m able to track my weekly sauna sessions + guided meditations while using it. Overall 10/10

On par for the brand, SaunaBox is super easy to connect to your this app. The dashboard is simple and has everything you need to remotely control your sauna.

App is amazing and so easy to use, has the best support team and haven’t had any issues. Super pleased with this app and will continue to use!

Amazing app experience and love seeing my usage data
