Wont let me cancel my subscription and there is zero customer support. Nothing online I can find either about the company. Please respond and cancel my subscription please
I just paid for a subscription only to find out once u upload the photo and choose your decor style it freezes there and doesn’t take you any further. It’s a scam.
They advertise as a less than $2 pay and charge you upfront for 6mo never showing the full amount. Additionally it is insane how terrible it is. You upload the picture and the results shows a completely different place, angle, location. It just shows a random idea of the style you want. It has nothing to do with what they say it does. SCAM

CasaVista won’t proceed to “design room” I reinstalled CasaVista twice. It just doesn't work.
They charged me $39,99 and when I upload pictures it says : Oops, we couldn’t render your room…
6.99 and CasaVista doesn’t work at all .. save your money , picture does not upload, app is frozen a waste of time
########. SCAM. ########## Beware they charge you before your free trial and even if you cancel it with in minutes. They still charge you. Their emails get bounced back as not a working email from support and when you go into the account to cancel it doesn’t cancel.

Permanent features not taken into account, wall and floor materials are changed, totally unrealistic. Waste of money .
Might as well just use ChatGPT. It’s buggy and suggestions are ridiculous.

I wanted to like CasaVista. Every time I tried a rendering it would time out and say try again later. Does not work at all.
I clicked on an Instagram and it took my money which, btw, costs more than what they’re charging in CasaVista - they took my money, but my account wasn’t made - i can’t sign in CasaVista - so aggravating and dishonest
Charged me twice in one day for the month subscription and doesn’t work. It can’t render pictures from my library or those taken with CasaVista .
Aside from major latency issues, all CasaVista does is change the color scheme or your existing space. It will not provide new layouts or interesting changes, its like an instagram filter for the space. Huge waste of money.
You might as well take a picture of your room and upload it to ChatGPT with a design prompt. The pictures rendered are incorrect, don’t take the features like windows etc. into account and make typical AI mistakes like suggesting two tables in a dining room.
I would love to get my 9.99 back. I put in photos of my living room and tried a bunch of different styles. They basically all looked the same and were not even close to what styles I had picked. I even tried the colors of “crisp whites” and the suggestion was a dark room with dark furniture.
The concept is great, but I found the design results to be somewhat incorrect.
I’m enjoying the ideas but it won’t let me choose a photo from my library.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial on Casta Vista, but there is no proper way to cancel it. The system makes it extremely difficult to find or complete the cancellation, and before I could stop it they charged my account. This is not acceptable. If a company offers a free trial, customers must be able to cancel it easily before being charged. At the moment it feels misleading and unfair to consumers. I have tried to cancel but the process does not work properly. Taking payment without giving users a clear and functioning way to cancel is wrong and raises serious concerns about consumer rights. I expect this to be addressed immediately and the payment refunded. Companies should not operate in a way that traps people into subscriptions they cannot cancel.

No se os ocurra descargar la app una vez realizas el pago suscríbete por 6 meses comienzan a cargarte importes en tu tarjeta indiscriminadamente,son una estafa y les he denunciado y solicitado el reembolso de todos los cargos que me hicieron hasta que bloquee mi tarjeta son unos hijos de puta y voy a va por ellos.

they charge you even if you cancelled subscription before the trial ends. There is no way for you to even call their customer service to complain ! definitely a scam!!
