CasaVista makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. I signed up for the 7 day free trial and now want to cancel before being charged. You cannot do this in the mobile app - it states you must request an email. The email tells you that you can only cancel if you go via their website, but they don't have a website. I have send them two emails to request a cancellation.

Cancel my subscription. You make it so hard for people to cancel. I just had a charge for $59.99 on 4/16/2026. I would like a refund for this because it has been so difficult to cancel. I see so many people saying the same thing.

unsubscribe!!!!!!You might as well take a picture of your room and upload it to ChatGPT with a design prompt. The pictures rendered are incorrect, don’t take the features like windows etc. into account and make typical AI mistakes like suggesting two tables in a dining room.

I cancelled my subscription in August and have a email verifying that it was cancelled. I received a call from my bank's fraud department today (10/02/25) asking me to verify the charges. Thankful I was able to get them to decline of the three charges. This might be worthy of a class action suit because as per your reviews, I'm not the only one this is happening to and you don't have a customer service contact # to speak to. This would be similar to what happen to Sirius. They made it very difficult to cancel subscription. If you do not want any further action, please cancel my subscription immediately.
I purchased one subscription on 2/11/25 from Casavista AI for $39.99. I have the subscription confirmation email and the receipt email which both reflect one subscription was purchased for $39.99. On 7/25/25, I received an email from them stating my subscription was expiring on 8/11/25 (I had cancelled the subscription), and if I wanted to renew it, I needed to click the link in the email, which I didn't. On 8/11/25, I received 3 charges from Casavista. One was for the $39.99 subscription that was supposed to expire (not renew) on 8/11/25, a charge for $69.99 and a third charge for $9.98. MassProfit (Casavista) is stating I purchased 3 subscriptions on 2/11/25. My Apple purchase history, my Apple subscription history and my credit card statement all reflect I only purchased one subscription. All previous email communication from Casavista reflect that I only purchased one subscription for $39.99. I have forwarded all documentation to the company proving that I only purchased one subscription and that it was supposed to expire (not renew) on 8/11/25 per the email they sent me on 7/25/25 and per my Apple subscription history. So far, they have ignored the documentation and are refusing to give me my money back.
I purchased a one month subscription and cannot login. I have tried off and on for a day. It will not accept any email and I cannot move forward. Please either fix the situation or refund my money.
Did not purchase this app or sign up for a subscription. My CC is getting charged amounts of $14.99, $9.99, $24.99 and $39.98 over 13 times. I have no idea how to stop this, I don't even have the app and do not want to try and log in in case it keeps happening.

I tried to buy in Facebook advertising for a week but it charged me for a year $49.99 without notification. It is not Apple App store subscription and it charged my apple card. I had to dispute and not easy to get to this customer service. I cannot use it because I don't want to log in. I just want my refund.

I would love to get my 9.99 back. I put in photos of my living room and tried a bunch of different styles. They basically all looked the same and were not even close to what styles I had picked. I even tried the colors of “crisp whites” and the suggestion was a dark room with dark furniture.

Aside from major latency issues, all this app does is change the color scheme or your existing space. It will not provide new layouts or interesting changes, its like an instagram filter for the space. Huge waste of money.
