Timer does not work

App connects fine.
App works to turn pump and heater on/off.
App works to see current temp.
But most importantly, the timer in the app does not work. Every now and then the timer will work ONCE after setting it up but never again. Calls to support are useless. I’ve called them 5-6 times and each time they claim they know nothing about the app timer not working. Hogwash. Be better.

This app will not find the spa at all. No amount of deleting and resetting and turning off all devices connected to the router or being within 2.1 meters or anything else will work. The help videos are useless and the documentation that comes with the spa/app are as well. Good luck with this. I hope the company paid the developers very little for this as whatever they paid was wasted.
Timers don’t work consistently

This app is handy for remote control, but the main reason I use it is to set a timer so I don’t need to leave my pump running all the time. Sadly, the timers do not work consistently. They’ll work fine for a couple of weeks and then they just stop working, and then they start again. Customer Service is pretty responsive but they don’t have a good solution.
