How to fix TikMark app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TikMark app on iPhone
Update TikMark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TikMark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TikMark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TikMark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TikMark Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TikMark not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TikMark App
1. On android, goto Settings » TikMark » click [Force Stop]

Update TikMark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TikMark App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TikMark » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TikMark.

Fix TikMark unable to contact server/ TikMark internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TikMark » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TikMark » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TikMark
