What's with your website and app, it's A1 and not anyone I know can actually get in. Tried several browsers and smartphone, seriously. Tell you what if A1 doesn't work I won't bother trying again. Been watching for years, decided to try it this season...NOPE

The app will not take my login information. I’ve tried logging in for two days now and continue to get “incorrect login information,” which is not true. I too will stick with online rather than deal with this headache of an app.
