i use paid version unlimited one. after a few tries, i couldnt even create any note and quiz or anything. I thought it was a bug in system and now i cant do anything, what a poor performance. check this out and fix as quick as possible please.

I was paying $15 a month for no reason. They don’t even give me all the information, especially when the lecture is too long. Sometimes, it doesn’t work properly, and when I ask a question that’s not in the system, it just says 'I don’t know.' I’ve had a bad experience overall. Once, my recording was lost because it took too long.
