So much potential wasted

BCBSNDme has so much potential but of course BCBS ND still can’t get it right. Claims take 4 weeks to show up in BCBSNDme . So I can get a paper EOB quicker than on BCBSNDme. You can’t view your actual insurance card(front and back) or order a new one. And of course anything Dental or pharmacy you are directed to a completely different website. Every other provider can seem to make a decent app. It’s 2025. Make it make sense!

So far, this website is extremely cumbersome and am unable to find any information that is helpful. I received an email informing me of a EOB which is no where to be found.
