Very bad service 3G

Unfortunately this is my second experience with this application and I faced issue with installing Esim even i paid for it

Even though I tried to contact them but always no answer or “something wrong”

No coverage at all as well there technical support is very slow and useless.. go to another service supplier and don’t get fooled by the advertisement done by bloggers who take money to market anything.

No body answer you when you talk with them

I had a terrible experience with the internet connection. Despite having full service bars, the connection was extremely slow and unusable. I ended up purchasing a plan from another provider just to access the internet properly. I reached out to customer service, but they were unable to resolve the issue or offer a refund. Very disappointing.

Only ZAIN network in SAUDIA which complicate staying with internet

Used in Saudi Arabia. Almost a third of my one week trip was without internet due to lack of coverage.
