Goodleap is nothing more than a scam. I will never do business with anyone or any business that is associated with Goodleap and I encourage anyone else to do the same. The full balance shown on the website for our loan was paid. There was NOTHING left to pay and no option to pay more than what we paid. Two employees called us and both confirmed that our full balance was paid. We later receive a bill for over a hundred dollars in interest. They claimed there was a balance left over that we hadn't paid. Customer service was completely unhelpful and resolved nothing and if we don't pay it off the obscene interest will continue. Do not get involved with this company in any capacity.
Itβs great to be able to see the performance of my solar system on my phone. I was also able to update my payment information and learn about other ways to save on my electricity bill from one convenient app. Love GoodLeapHome!
